By accessing or using Growly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Growly (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Growly is a family app for parents of children aged 4–18 that covers four needs in one place: helping make daily decisions, choosing the right activities for each child, organizing the family schedule with managed access for parents, caregivers and drivers — and building a long-term development track. The Service is available at app.wegrowly.com and through our mobile application.
Growly offers both free and paid features. A limited set of features is available at no cost. Additional features (including AI chat, personalized recommendations, and goal tracking) require a paid subscription.
New users may be eligible for a one-time free trial with no payment required. The standard trial period is 14 days. We reserve the right to extend the trial period at our discretion.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings.
Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection law. Contact claim@wegrowly.com for refund inquiries.
To use Growly, you must:
Growly is designed for parents and guardians. A separate, limited child interface is available, but only when a parent or guardian explicitly grants access. Children cannot create accounts or sign in independently. All child access is set up, supervised, and controlled by a parent or guardian, in accordance with the UAE Child Digital Safety Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2025).

When you add a child's profile to Growly, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any information you provide about your child is appropriate and accurate. We rely on your representations to deliver our Service.
If you activate the child interface, your child may voluntarily enter a limited set of data within that interface: a nickname, an avatar emoji, a WhatsApp number, and personal goals. You remain responsible for supervising your child's use of the child interface. All data entered by the child is used only within the child interface.
In accordance with the UAE Child Digital Safety Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 26/2025) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021), we require explicit parental consent before collecting any child data. You provide this consent through our onboarding flow.
Growly provides general developmental guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, educational, or therapeutic advice.
While we strive for high-quality, accurate AI responses, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. AI technology has inherent limitations and may produce incorrect or incomplete information.
You should always use your own judgment as a parent and consult qualified professionals when making important decisions about your child's development, health, or education.
You retain full ownership of all data and content you provide to Growly, including child profiles, chat messages, and uploaded documents.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes:

The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, trademarks, and all AI-generated content structure (but not your personal data), is owned by Growly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
The AI-generated recommendations provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Growly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at claim@wegrowly.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data retention obligations under applicable law may require us to retain certain records (such as consent records) for specified periods.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
